Cancellation Policy

In cases where the requirement could not be met, we reserve the right to cancel any order without providing a reason. Any communication of an order cancellation or any necessary refund will be made in a reasonable amount of time, according to the company.
Note:
If you detect that the package is damaged or has been tampered with before delivery while accepting the order from our logistics partner, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please get in touch with our customer service at +971 504197396 and provide your Order ID as well as the specifics of the problem. We will investigate the matter as soon as possible and provide an update on our findings and information on the new replacement package.
