Size Guide
Our size guide provides accurate garment measurements and a detailed description to help you find your ideal size. However, if you accidentally order the wrong size, we are here to assist you with the exchange.
Exchange Requests
We accept size and design exchange requests within 48 hours of the merchandise being delivered. Each customer is eligible for only one exchange per purchase.
Out of Stock Sizes
If the size you need is out of stock, we will issue a credit note for the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping costs). This credit note is valid for one month from the date of issue and can be used on any product in our store.
Product Issues
If there is a problem with your product, such as receiving the wrong size, wrong product, or a manufacturing defect, we will accept it back and provide a free exchange or a credit note for the value of your purchase.
Shipping Charges
All exchanges are subject to an additional shipping charge of AED 20.
Refunds
Cash/monetary refunds are not provided.
