Exchange Policy

All Items Bought From the Clearance Sale Section Are Not Eligible for Exchange/ Return / Refunds

• Our Size Guide includes accurate garment measurements as well as a video tutorial for finding your ideal size. But by mistake if you order a wrong size, we are here to support you. Here is an outline of our exchange policy to assure our transparency:
• We accept size and design exchange requests within 72 hours of the merchandise being delivered.
• Each customer is only eligible for an exchange, once a purchase.
• If the new size you need is not in stock, we will issue you a credit note for the amount of your purchase (excluding shipping cost). This credit note is valid for one month from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any product from our store.
• If there is a problem with your product, such as receiving the wrong size, the wrong product, or a product with a manufacturing defect, we will accept it back and provide you a credit note for the value of your purchase.
• All size exchanges involve additional shipping charges of AED 15/- 
• Cash/Monetary refunds are not provided.
